Aiwejay produces 200,000 electric toothbrushes per month. The factory features a 6,000-square-meter production workshop, with over 40% of its workforce consisting of technical staff, including engineers with extensive experience in the electric toothbrush industry. It operates seven automated electric toothbrush production lines and mobile assembly lines, 12 sorting cabinets for electric toothbrushes, and 10 sets of aging equipment capable of simultaneously testing 10,000 finished electric toothbrushes. The company also operates its own motor production workshop, brush head factory, design firm, laser engraving machines, injection molding machines, bristle-planting machines, thermoforming packaging machines, and a temperature-controlled battery laboratory, among other facilities.
