Aiwejay develops flexible battery and charging platforms for electric toothbrush OEM/ODM projects. Our solutions include Type-C fast charging, wireless induction charging, resonant energy transfer, long-runtime batteries, waterproof charging docks, UV sterilization bases, and magnetic wall-mounted charging systems.
Aiwejay supports modern Type-C fast charging for mainstream electric toothbrush projects. Compared with traditional slow wireless charging, Type-C can greatly improve charging efficiency, reduce waiting time, simplify the user experience, and make the product more suitable for travel and daily use.
Aiwejay can configure high-density lithium batteries such as 1200mAh and 2000mAh according to product positioning. Daily electric toothbrushes can support more than 30 days of use, while U-shaped toothbrush projects can reach around 60 days depending on motor structure, battery capacity, and usage profile.
Aiwejay developed a micro electromagnetic coupling resonant power module that transmits electricity across an air gap. This allows the toothbrush handle to power blue light LEDs or UVC sterilization lamps without wires, batteries, or exposed metal contacts in the brush head or protective cap.
For premium electric toothbrush projects, Aiwejay can develop fully potted waterproof charging docks. The internal power module supports 100V–240V wide-voltage input, making it suitable for international markets while maintaining safer bathroom-use performance.
Aiwejay can integrate magnetic wall-mounted docking for high-end toothbrush systems. The dock can support stable holding, 90-degree rotation adjustment, waterproof charging, and a cleaner bathroom layout, making it suitable for minimalist, luxury, and space-saving product designs.
For advanced charging bases, Aiwejay can integrate an ambient light sensor and automatic night light. This small feature improves the user experience in bathrooms and helps brands create a more complete premium oral care ecosystem around the toothbrush.
Aiwejay can develop intelligent bases that combine wireless charging, UVC deep sterilization, and brush head drying. With options such as a 5000mAh battery base and automatic drying airflow, the system helps reduce brush head moisture, odor, mold, and bacterial growth after daily use.
