Aiwejay develops advanced brush head and material systems for electric toothbrush OEM/ODM projects. Our solutions include copper-free tufting, dual-zone hybrid bristles, premium DuPont bristles, food-grade silicone, curved-surface tufting, and eco-friendly PLA replacement heads.
Aiwejay uses copper-free anchorless tufting to eliminate traditional metal anchors inside the brush head. This helps prevent rust, oxidation, and bacterial buildup in humid bathroom environments while improving bristle density and creating a cleaner, safer replacement head structure.
For advanced cleaning performance, Aiwejay developed a dual-zone anchorless tufting process. The inner zone can use up to 10,000 feather-soft bristles for gentle gum contact, while the outer zone uses firmer cleaning bristles to improve plaque removal and tooth-surface coverage.
Aiwejay supports premium bristle selections for different brand positioning and user groups. Options include DuPont soft antibacterial bristles, German Hahl-Pedex bristles, bamboo charcoal bristles, double-tapered bristles, children’s soft bristles, and sensitive-care bristle structures.
Aiwejay can customize brush head profiles through 3D curved cutting and precision bristle shaping. This helps the bristles fit tooth surfaces more naturally, reach posterior areas more easily, and improve the brushing experience for daily care, whitening, and sensitive oral care products.
For kids, sensitive users, and U-shaped toothbrush projects, Aiwejay uses food-grade silicone and soft protective structures. Silicone components can create a cushioning effect around the brush head, reduce tooth impact, and support gentle 360° cleaning for children and sensitive oral conditions.
Aiwejay supports eco-friendly brush head development with PLA biodegradable materials. By controlling PLA injection shrinkage and improving structural durability under sonic vibration, we help brands build greener replacement-head ecosystems without sacrificing product stability or daily-use reliability.
