FAQ

1. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For standard electric toothbrush configurations, our reference MOQ is 5,000 units per model, per color. The final MOQ depends on the selected model, components, packaging, and customization requirements.
The standard MOQ is based on one model in one color. Mixed models, mixed colors, or bundle projects need to be evaluated individually because they may affect production planning, materials, and packaging quantities.
Yes. Basic branding may follow the standard product MOQ, while special colors, new packaging, custom components, and advanced functions may require a higher quantity. For example, some ready-made pressure-sensor brush-head projects require an MOQ of 10,000 pieces.
Please send us your preferred model, target market, branding needs, and planned quantity. We will review available sample or trial-order options based on the selected product and customization scope.
The standard configuration usually includes the main device, brush head or nozzle, charging cable or charging base, and instruction manual. The exact configuration varies by model. Travel cases, extra brush heads, sterilizing accessories, gift boxes, and other add-ons are quoted separately.
No. Standard product pricing does not include customized packaging. Gift boxes, color boxes, paper trays, inserts, barcode labels, multilingual manuals, and special accessories are quoted according to your requirements.
Our standard reference payment term is T/T: 50% deposit upon order confirmation and 50% balance before shipment. Any alternative payment arrangement must be confirmed in the final sales agreement.
For standard configurations, the reference production lead time is 30–45 days after the order details are confirmed. Production schedules may change during major holidays or when special materials are required.
A project involving secondary development, such as new structures, electronics, functions, or tooling, generally requires around three months or longer. The final timeline depends on engineering validation, sample approval, certifications, and packaging completion.
We can discuss export terms such as EXW Shenzhen or FOB Shenzhen. The final shipping term should be confirmed before production so that responsibilities for freight, customs clearance, insurance, and local charges are clear.
Freight is normally not included in the standard product price. To prepare a freight estimate, please provide the destination country or port, delivery address, preferred shipping method, and expected order quantity.
Yes. For suitable projects, we can discuss split deliveries or rolling replenishment to help reduce inventory pressure. Batch quantities, shipping dates, and payment arrangements must be agreed before production.
Yes, we can assess air-shipment options for urgent projects. In one customer case, an initial batch of 5,000 units was shipped by air for a fast market launch, followed by sea shipments for replenishment. Actual timing and cost depend on production status, destination, and logistics availability.
For sonic toothbrushes, the reference policy provides a one-year warranty. The policy excludes non-sonic products, brush heads, and certain accessories. Depending on the project, after-sales support may include replacement units or an agreed proportion of spare parts.
Our quotation is generally valid for 30 days. Prices may need to be updated after that period due to changes in materials, exchange rates, packaging, logistics, or product specifications.
