Aiwejay’s Infinite Pressure Architecture removes the rigid pressure jumps found in traditional water flossers. Through MCU-driven adaptive control, the system delivers smooth pressure adjustment from 10 to 140 PSI, helping users find a more comfortable and precise cleaning level.
Aiwejay’s MCU-driven algorithm monitors pump load and water flow velocity up to 500 times per second. This enables seamless linear pressure adjustment from 10 to 140 PSI, eliminating the hard jumps between fixed pressure levels.
Traditional water flossers usually rely on several fixed pressure levels. Aiwejay’s stepless control platform allows users to adjust pressure smoothly instead of jumping between preset modes, making the device more suitable for beginners and sensitive-mouth users.
Cleaning efficiency depends not only on force, but also on water focus. Aiwejay optimizes the internal pump head geometry to create a focused 0.6mm water jet, reducing splash-back, vortex turbulence, and unnecessary soft-tissue irritation.
The stepless pressure system allows beginners, orthodontic users, and sensitive-gum users to start with low pressure and gradually increase intensity. This improves comfort, lowers pressure-shock discomfort, and helps users build a daily oral irrigation habit.
Aiwejay can add an intelligent startup buffer to prevent sudden high-pressure output at the beginning of use. The system starts more gently and increases water pressure smoothly, reducing surprise impact and making the product easier to accept.
To support stable long-term performance, Aiwejay can combine high-torque DC motors, chemical-resistant piston seals, durable internal water-path materials, and low-noise damping structures. This helps the flosser maintain consistent output across different water conditions and usage patterns.
