Sealed Quiet Platform
- IPX7/IPX8 waterproofing
- Dual-seam sealing
- Low-noise motor design
- Premium sealed structure
Aiwejay engineers low-noise and full-body waterproof electric toothbrush systems for demanding OEM/ODM projects. Our platform combines IPX7/IPX8 sealing, dual-seam waterproofing, co-injection molding, ultrasonic welding, breathable membranes, and suspended motor damping.
Aiwejay developed a patented dual-seam waterproof and vibration-damping structure to solve leakage risks under high-frequency sonic vibration. Even at 33,000 to 38,000 vibrations per minute, the structure helps protect key joints between the handle, internal transmission parts, and sealing components.
Aiwejay supports full-body waterproof structures reaching IPX7 and industry-level IPX8 standards. This helps brands build safer bathroom-use products, travel toothbrushes, kids toothbrushes, UV sterilization sets, and smart oral care devices with sensors and wireless modules inside.
For premium metal-handle toothbrushes, Aiwejay uses high-pressure dual-shot co-injection molding. This process fuses anodized aluminum alloy and soft TPU rubber into a seamless waterproof joint, improving grip comfort while protecting the product from leakage under intense vibration.
Aiwejay can use ultrasonic welding instead of adhesive bonding for critical structural joints. This creates a cleaner, stronger, and more stable seal, reducing glue aging risks and improving long-term waterproof reliability for electric toothbrushes and oral care devices.
For tightly sealed smart toothbrushes, Aiwejay can integrate waterproof breathable membranes. This helps balance internal and external pressure, release heat, and protect electronics from water ingress, especially in products with batteries, sensors, WiFi modules, and high-power motor systems.
Aiwejay reduces sharp motor noise through suspended motor damping, internal vibration isolation, and acoustic path optimization. Depending on the model structure, product noise can be controlled below 60dB, below 50dB, or even around 45dB for ultra-quiet premium designs.
For children’s toothbrush projects, Aiwejay can remove traditional speaker openings by using bone conduction audio. Voice guidance and music are transmitted through the teeth and jawbone, allowing the handle to remain fully sealed while reducing water, mold, and hygiene risks.
