The advantage of a manufacturer’s proprietary protocol is that it can achieve very high wireless charging power. However, if you have a Xiaomi electric toothbrush, for example, you must buy a Xiaomi wireless charger. No third-party manufacturers produce them.
2. How Wireless Charging Works for Electric Toothbrushes:

The wireless charger contains a copper transmission coil.
When the electric toothbrush is placed on the charger, the transmitter coil generates an electromagnetic field, which the receiver converts into electrical energy for the toothbrush’s battery. This process is called electromagnetic induction.
Because the copper receiver and transmitter coils are very small, wireless charging can only be done at close range.
