4. Parts Procurement and Selection of Potential Suppliers
Generally speaking, Aiwejay’s electric toothbrush procurement specialists select three to four suppliers based on requirements, obtain initial quotes, and gather relevant information about the companies—such as production capacity, quality management, main products, production equipment, and testing equipment.
The initial quote is primarily intended to select a few suppliers from a large pool for comparison; the other materials are mainly for the suppliers’ development engineers to review.
