For electric toothbrush manufacturers to survive and continue to grow, they must inevitably enter this market; however, product quality varies widely, making it difficult for ordinary consumers to distinguish between good and bad products.

Japanese companies had two key strategies that enabled their rapid rise after the 1950s: The first was Quality Control Circles (QCC), which involved the participation of all employees in solving business management problems, ultimately leading to ever-higher standards of management; the second was 7S.
The 7Ss stand for Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Safety, Discipline, and Save. The first four Ss are the means; the last three Ss are the goals. The aim is to instill in employees the habit of working diligently and in accordance with established standards.

III.Aiwejay Smart ManufacturingSpecific Implementation of 7S:
The first "S": Sort. This means distinguishing between what to keep and what to discard (separating the necessary from the unnecessary, keeping the essentials and discarding the rest). The focus of sorting is to separate the necessary from the unnecessary and quickly dispose of useless items; therefore, the object of sorting is space.
The second "S": Sort. This involves categorizing items and putting them in their proper places (visual management, the "Three Fixes"). Sort focuses on arranging items in a way that meets quality, efficiency, and safety requirements; therefore, the object of Sort is time.

The third S: Sweeping. This refers to the cleaning and maintenance of the work environment and equipment. The purpose of sweeping is to keep equipment clean and to maintain equipment and tools in optimal condition; therefore, sweeping applies to items, tools, and the work environment.
The fourth "S": Safety. This involves eliminating hidden hazards, resolving potential risks, and preventing safety incidents. The purpose of safety is to ensure the physical safety of employees, guarantee operational continuity, and minimize economic losses. Therefore, safety encompasses personnel, machinery, materials, the environment, and methods.
The fifth S: Cleanliness. Its purpose is to thoroughly maintain the high standards of the preceding three S’s through standardization; therefore, the focus of cleanliness is the system itself.
