The production line is fully equipped, and employees are methodically carrying out each stage of the production process. First, we were led to the raw materials warehouse. Before entering the production line, we were required to put on the work uniforms and safety gear provided by the factory to ensure safety during the production process. Next, we arrived at the production line—the birthplace of electric toothbrushes. Robots and workers on the production line worked together to assemble various components into complete electric toothbrushes.
During the manufacturing process, electronic components are precisely soldered together, batteries are assembled into the electric toothbrush handle, and the bristles are precisely inserted. Everything is carried out using a highly automated process to ensure product consistency and performance.
